云南省人体寄生虫病的危害因素分析

目的了解云南省人体寄生虫病流行和危害程度。方法在分层整群随机抽样的调查县，使用统一表格收集当地医院1991-2001年期间住院的寄生虫病患者资料；计算机录入资料建立数据库，在Epi Info 2000软件作统计分析。结果对云南省5051例寄生虫病例的回顾性调查显示，囊虫病患者最多，其次为蛔虫病，农民和学生患者占回顾性病例的多数，4546例囊虫病例主要来自大理白族，寄生虫病所致的机体损伤和经济负担以包虫病最为严重。结论云南的寄生虫病对农民和低龄人群的危害重于其他人群，其带来的经济负担是沉重的。

Analysis on Harmfulness of Human Body Parasitic Disease in Yunnan Population

Objective To understand the harmfulness of parasitic disease to people in Yunnan province. Methods The retrospective survey was carried by using some tables in nine counties selected randomly from Yunnan province and the information of patients from 14 hospitals between 1991 and 2001 was made extracts.Data was analysed by the softwore Epi Info 2000. Results 5 051 of parasitic disease patient were investigated in 14 hospitals of Yunnan province.The results display the numbers of cysticereosis disease cases took the largelt propootion.and the second was ascarid diseases patient in 5 051 parasitic disease cases.The most number of these parasitic disease patients was farmers, followed by students.4546 of cysticercosis disease case mainly come from Dali bai national.Hydafid disease brouglt the severe uarm to the patients. Conclusion Parasitic disease can do sereve harm to farmers and young people in Yunnan. It is far heavy that parasitic disease bring economic burden to the patientsand themselves home.
