艾司洛尔预防冠状动脉旁路移植围术期心房颤动的作用

目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植手术(OPCAB)围术期并发心房颤动(房颤)时艾司洛尔的预防和治疗作用。方法分析OPCAB围术期70例使用短效β受体阻滞剂患者(艾司洛尔组)和同期115例未使用艾司洛尔患者(对照组)OPCAB围术期房颤发生的情况。艾司洛尔组于手术开始前持续输注艾司洛尔3～5μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)至手术结束。结果艾司洛尔组术后房颤的发生率明显低于对照组(7.1%比23.5%,P<0.05)。结论术中应用低剂量艾司洛尔静脉输注能够安全有效地降低OPCAB患者术后房颤的发生率。

Effects of perioperative appllcation of Esmolol on occurence of atrial fibrillation in to patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery

Objective To evaluate the effects of perioperative application of low dose esmolol on the incidence of atrial fibrillation （AF） in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery （OPCAB）. Methods A total of 185 patients undergoing OPCAB were enrolled in this study and were divided into 2 groups,esmolol group （n = 70） and control group （n = 115 ）. Continous infusion of esmolol at a dosage of 3～5μg·k^-1·min^-1 was given in patients in esmolol group during surgery. The incidences of AF during and 5 days after surgery were assessed in both groups. Results The incidence of postoperative AF in esmolol group was significantly lower than that in control group （7. 1% vs. 23.5% , P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Perioperative application of low dose esmolol can significantly reduce the incidence of AF after OPCAB.
