通络活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床观察

目的：观察自拟通络活血汤对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法：60例患者随机分为两组，对照组30例采用西药常规治疗，治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用中药养阴通络汤（具体组成为：黄芪、当归、川芎、桃仁、红花、水蛭、鸡血藤、川牛膝、木瓜等），疗程均为15天。结果：治疗组有效率76．6％，显著高于对照组40．0％（P〈0．05），且两组治疗前、后运动神经传导速度亦有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：通络活血汤对缓解糖尿病周围神经病变作用显著，可显著提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量。
