| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨家庭干预在农村社区精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的作用。方法 采用随机抽样法对 10 1例社区精神分裂症患者和主要照顾者进行了 1年的家庭干预 ,并与 10 1例未干预者做对照。结果 干预组患者复发率显著降低 ,社会功能显著恢复。结论 家庭干预是农村社区精神分裂症康复的有效方法

Comparative study on family intervention on schizophrenics in rural community |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of improving rehabilitation on schizophrenics.Method 101 schizophrenics in rural community were sampled as family intervention group by simple randomization, other 101 as control group.Results In intervention group, the rate of relapse was lower, the drug compliance, the psychological symptoms and the social functionality were improved significantly.Conclusion Family intervention is an effective way of rehabilitation of schizophrenia in rural community. |
