加味六磨汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染疗效观察

目的观察加味六磨汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)伴幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的临床疗效。方法将71例患者随机分组,中药组41例口服加味六磨汤,西药组30例口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑、吗丁啉。结果两组治疗后主要症状、体征均明显好转,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组在有效率、胃脘疼痛、胃脘烧灼感、胃脘部压痛的显效率、HP根除率无显著性差异(P>0.05);而中药组在腹胀、嗳气、呕苦吞酸的显效率明显高于西药组,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。中药组不良反应率为4.8%,西药组不良反应率为36.7%,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论加味六磨汤具有较好的杀灭HP、抑制胆汁反流的作用,不良反应少,可有效治疗BRG伴HP感染。

Therapeutic Observation on Modified Liumo Decoction in Treating Bile-regurgitational Gastritis Together with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Modified Liumo Decoction in treating bile-regurgitational gastritis together with helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: 71 cases were randomly divided into Chinese drug group (41 cases) and Western medicine group (30 cases). The former orally took Modifed Liumo Decoction, while the latter omeprazole amoxicillin, metronilazole and motilium. Results: After the treatment, the main symptoms and signs of two groups recovered evidently. There was a significant difference (P<0.01) in comparison with the pretreatment. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the effective rate, effectual rate for epigastralgia, burning sensation at gastric cavith and pressed pain at gastric cavith, and eradication rate for HP. There was a significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups: the Chinese drug group was superior to the Western medicine group in the effectual rate of abdominal distention, belching, bilious vomiting and acid regurgitation. There was also a significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups (P<0.01): 4.8% of adverse reaction rate for the Chinese drug group and 36.7% for the Westen medicine group. Conclusion: Modified Liumo Decoction has a little adverse reaction, but a much better function of killing HP, and restraining the bile regurgitation. It can cure BRG together with HP infection.
