食管癌高发区食管鳞状细胞癌组织nm23-H_1蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的:通过对食管癌组织中肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23变化的研究,进一步了解食管癌转移发生的分子学基础。方法:采用免疫组织化学(ABC)方法,对食管癌高发区68例手术切除的食管癌组织中nm 23-H_1蛋白聚集进行了研究。结果:68例手术标本病理检查均为食管鳞状细胞癌,其中38例出现淋巴结鳞癌转移病灶。研究表明:nm 23-H_1免疫染色与食管鳞癌的分化程度、PCNA标记指数和浸润程度无关,但与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移有关,nm 23-H_1低表达组淋巴结转移率(70.27%)明显高于过表达组的转移率(38.71%),P<0.05。nm23-H_1表达存在有异质性。结论:nm 23-H_1低表达在食管鳞癌的转移中起一定的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the changes of tumor metastatic suppressor gene nm23 in esophageal cancers, and further to understand the molecular basis of carcinogenesis in esophageal cancers.Methods: Immunohistochemistry method (ABC) was used to determine the immunoreactivity of nm23-H1 in 68 case collected from patient with primary and metastatic esophageal cancer in Linzhou (Linxian) city of China, a high incidence area for esophageal carcinoma. Results: Histopathologically, the 68 cases were found with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), of which, 38 cases were found with lymph node metastasis .The immunostaining of nm23-H1 protein have no correlation with differentiation,PCNA labelling index and invasion in esophageal SCC.The low expression of nm23-H1 protein have correlation with the metastatic rate of esophageal SCC, the metastatic rate of low expression of nm23-H1 protein (70.27%) were higher than those with over expression of nm23-H1 protein (38.71 %),P< 0.05.The immunoreactivity of nm23-H1 protein in esophageal SCC have heterogeneity. Conclusions: The present study suggested that the low expression of nm23-H1 protein might play a significant role in metastasis of esophageal cancer.
