手术治疗颅底脑膜瘤40例临床观察

目的探讨手术治疗颅底脑膜瘤临床疗效。方法回顾我院2006年1月至2009年6月通过手术治疗的40例颅底脑膜瘤患者治疗,分析其手术方法及手术效果。结果本组40例颅底脑膜瘤患者中,全切肿瘤36例,次全切4例,治愈36例,治愈率高达90%。结论正确处理肿瘤与重要组织的关系,适当的选择手术入路、严密的止血方法,充分的肿瘤暴露是手术成功的关键。

The Clinical Observation of Surgical Treatment to 40 Patients With Skull Base Meningiomas

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment to skull base meningiomas.Methods To review 40 cases with skull base meningioma patients cured by surgery in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2009,analyze the surgical methods and results of operations.Results 40 cases of patients with skull base meningiomas,total resection of tumor in 36 cases,subtotal in 4 cases,36 patients,the cure rate as high as 90%.Conclusion Correctly handle the relationship between the tumor and critical tissue,the appropriate choice of surgical approach,rigorous approach to stop bleeding and adequate tumor exposure are the keys to successful operation.
