| 摘 要： | 目的探讨标准大骨瓣减压术治疗高血压脑基底节区出血合并脑疝的效果。方法56例高血压性脑基底节区出血合并脑疝患者均采用标准大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗。结果ADL分级,Ⅰ级2例（3.6%）,Ⅱ级12例（21.4%）,Ⅲ级29例（51.8%）,Ⅳ级6例（10.7%）,Ⅴ级2例（3.6%）,死亡5例（8.9%）。结论标准大骨瓣开颅减压术是治疗高血压性脑基底节区出血合并脑疝的较好方法,可减少病死率,提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method and effect of Treament of hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas with cerebral herniation through standard grand skull flap decompression. Methods Fifty six patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas accompany with cerebral herniation underwent treament through standard grand skull flap decompression. Results The activity of daily living（ADL） categories：grade I 2cases（3.6% ） ,grade II 12cases（21.4% ） ,grade III 29cases（51.8% ） ,grade IV 6cases（ 10.7% ） ,grade V 2cases（3.6% ） ,dead in 5cases（8.9% ）. Conclusion It＇ s the recommended method to treat the hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas with cerebral herniation through standard grand skull flap decompression ,The mortality rate was obviously declined and the patient＇s activity of daily living was much more enhanced. |
