| 摘 要： | 目的探讨弹性髓内针内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法自2006年8月至2010年8月采用弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨干骨折20例,均采用闭合复位内固定。结果所有病例随访2~24个月(平均随访时间18个月),20例股骨干骨折均I期愈合。本组病例术后无感染、骨不连、弹性髓内针折断、畸形愈合和骨骺损伤等并发症。结论弹性髓内针内固定适用于4~15岁儿童的股骨干骨折,具有手术切口小,软组织损伤小,手术时间短,康复快,并发症少等特点。
