腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的研究进展

术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)是腹部手术后常见的并发症。EPISBO的发病机制复杂，是由多种诱发因素造成的动力性和机械性同时存在的肠梗阻。EPISBO以保守治疗为主，经保守治疗后病情进一步加重考虑再次手术治疗。所以正确地认识该病并在早期采取有效的预防措施、综合治疗手段提高治愈率及缩短住院时间。现就EPISBO的研究进展作一综述。

Progress in research of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction after abdominal surgery

EPISBO is the common complication of abdominal operation. It has complicated pathogenesis, which is bowel obstruction caused by several inducing factors with dynamic and mechanical characteristics at the same time. EPISBO takes conservative treatment at the core, while after that, it takes operative treatment into consideration if the condition is further aggravated. In order to increase the cure rate and shorten the hospital stay, we should have correct recognition on the disease, take effective preventive measures and comprehensive treatment in the early stage. This review aims to summarize the progress in the research of EPISBO.
