摘    要:目的了解某医院病理科医技人员接触二甲苯、甲醛情况及防护现状,为预防职业病发生提供参考。方法于2019年7至10月,选择江西省某三甲医院病理科作业场所和52名医技人员作为调查对象,调查病理科作业场所职业病危害分布、工程防护措施及个人防护用品等情况,并对工作场所甲醛、二甲苯及排风设施控制风速进行检测和统计学分析。结果二甲苯和甲醛的检出率为82.1%(23/28),各作业点二甲苯检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准,2个取材岗的甲醛检测结果超标,超标率为14.3%(2/14),各侧局部吸风装置及通风柜控制风速均不符合国家职业卫生标准。结论应加强医院病理科对职业病危害的预防与控制工作,预防医技人员职业病发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of exposure to xylene and Formaldehyde of medical and technical personnel in Pathology Department of a hospital,and to provide references for prevention of occupational hazards.Methods From July to October in 2019,52 medical workers and working places in Pathology Department of a third-class hospital in Jiangxi Province were selected as survey objects,the distribution of occupational hazards,protective measures and personal protective equipment were investigated,and the control wind speed of Formaldehyde,xylene and ventilation facilities were detected and analyzed statistically.Results It showed that the detection rate of xylene and formaldehyde was 82.1%(23/28),and the detection rate of xylene CSTEL in the two sampling posts was 14.3%(2/14),the local suction device on each side and the control wind speed of the fume hood do not meet the national standards.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of the occupational hazards in the Department of Pathology to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
