| Abstract: | The emergence of sequencing technology is a great revolution in the field of molecular biology,which has been widely used in the research of various diseases.Colorectal cancer is a disease involving many gene expression changes.High throughput sequencing technology has played an important role in research of genome,transcriptome,circulating tumor DNA and epigenetic for colorectal cancer,which has made great contribution to the deeper understanding of the occurrence and development mechanism of colorectal cancer and better guidance of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the application of sequencing technology in colorectal cancer research. |
