摘    要:在辅助生殖技术中,能否获得成功妊娠主要包括两方面因素,一是胚胎发育的质量,二是子宫内膜对胚胎的容受性。如何提高子宫内膜容受性已经成为辅助生殖领域一个亟待解决的问题。Periostin(POSTN)是一种细胞外基质分泌蛋白,在机体多种器官组织发育或炎症修复中起着重要作用。目前研究表明POSTN可以作为评估子宫内膜容受性的一种分子标志物,在子宫内膜容受性的调控、胚胎着床等过程中起着重要的作用。本文主要综述POSTN与子宫内膜容受性的相关性研究进展,以期更好地评估子宫内膜的容受性,进一步提高辅助生殖技术的临床妊娠率。

Abstract:In assisted reproductive technology,Whether a successful pregnancy can be achieved mainly involves two factors,one is the quality of embryonic development,and another is the receptivity of endometrium to embryos.How to improve endometrial receptivity has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of assisted reproduction.Periostin(POSTN)is an extracellular matrix secretory protein,which plays an important role in the development of various organs and tissues or in the repair of inflammation.Current studies have shown that POSTN can be used as a molecular marker of endometrial receptivity and plays an important role in the regulation of endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the research progress on the relationship between POSTN and endometrial receptivity,in order to better evaluate the endometrial receptivity and further improve the clinical pregnancy rate in assisted reproductive technology.
