| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer,and to explore the relationship between BRCA1 and BRCA2.Methods The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer was detected by immunohistochemical probiotics peroxidase ligation,39 cases of the control group and 57 cases of thyroid cancer group were selected.Results In the control group,BRCA1 was positively expressed in 39 cases(100%)and thyroid cancer in 38 cases(66.7%),with statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).In the control group,BRCA2 was positively expressed in 37 cases(94.9%)and thyroid cancer in 24 cases(42.1%),with statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 was related to age and tumor diameter of the patients(P<0.05).There was a strong correlation between BRCA1 and BRCA2 in sporadic thyroid cancer(γ=0.660,P<0.05).Conclusion The decreased expression of BRCA1 and BRCA2 can be related to the occurrence and development of sporadic breast cancer. |
