| Abstract: | Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a worldwide emergency in past year,bringing huge impact on people′s lives and society.There have been great advances in research of interaction between SARS-CoV-2 and human immune system,outlining novel clues for revealing pathogenesis of COVID-19,developing effective treatments and new vaccines.Also,there are a series of important achievements in both basic immunological research and translational medical applications,especially in fields of anti-pathogen innate immune response,cross-regulation of immunity and metabolism,epigenetic regulation of immune response,neuroimmunology and neuroinflammation,and tumor immunotherapy.Here,we will review recent achievements in immunological researches during 2020,and discuss future challenges and direction. |
