OTUD1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

目的探究OTUD1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取在南阳市第二人民医院经病理确诊的70例非小细胞肺癌患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中OTUD1表达情况,并分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的相关性。结果肺癌组织的OTUD1高表达率为48.57%,显著高于正常组织的5.71%(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移者组织中OTUD1表达率高于无淋巴结转移者,TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ者低于TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ者(P<0.05)。经Kaplan-Meier及COX回归分析显示:淋巴结转移、TNM分期、OTUD1表达是患者生存的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论OTUD1在非小细胞肺癌组织中高表达,与患者的不良预后相关,可以作为评估患者预后的独立因素。

Expression of OTUD1 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Correlation with Clinicopathological Features

Objective To explore the expression of OTUD1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of OTUD1 in cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry in 70 patients with NSCLC confirmed by pathology.The correlation between OTUD1 expression and clinical pathology was analyzed.Results The overexpression rate of OTUD1 in lung cancer tissues was 48.57%,which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(5.71%)(P<0.05).The expression rate of OTUD1 in non-small cell lung cancer was higher in lymph node metastasis patients than in non-lymph node metastasis patients,and lower in TNM stageⅠ~Ⅱpatients than in TNM stageⅢ~Ⅳpatients(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier and COX regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and OTUD1 expression were the influencing factors of survival(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that OTUD1 is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues,and OTUD1 is significantly correlated with the adverse prognosis of NSCLC patients.OTUD1 can be used as an independent prognostic factor for NSCLC patients.
