Expression and Clinical Significance of MMP-9 and Chemokine receptor 7(CCR7)in Breast Cancer Tissues

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MMP-9 and chemokine receptor 7(CCR7)in breast cancer.Methods There were 65 cases of breast cancer and 65 cases of normal breast tissue,Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of mmp-9 and CCR7 in breast tissues and normal breast tissues of breast cancer patients,the correlation between them and their clinicopathological manifestations were analyzed.Results(1)High expression of mmp-9 and ccr-7 in breast cancer tissues,the expression rate of mmp-9 and CCR7 was 67.7%and 64.6%respectively,the difference of positive rate of different tissues was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The high expression of mmp-9 and ccr-7 was related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no correlation with age and menstrual status,the high expression of mmp-9 was correlated with pathological grading,ER and PR.(3)There was a positive correlation between mmp-9 and CCR7 expression in breast cancer tissues.Conclusion Mmp-9 and CCR7 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,It is associated with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,It is of great significance to the prognosis of patients.
