16例重型颅脑损伤患者行标准大骨瓣开颅减压术治疗的临床特点分析

目的通过手术治疗资料分析了解标准大骨瓣开颅减压手术的临床疗效。方法我院神经外科在2007年5月至2009年9月间收治的32例重型颅脑损伤患者,对16例行标准大骨瓣开颅减压手术治疗的临床资料与16例行常规大骨瓣开颅手术治疗的临床资料进行比较。结果行标准大骨瓣开颅减压术的16例的治疗组术后良好率68.75%,行常规大骨瓣开颅术的对照组术后良好率31.25%。结论标准大骨瓣减压开颅术与常规大骨瓣开颅术相比,在治疗重型颅脑损伤时具有临床效果好,病死率低的优势。

Clinical Characteristics of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury Patients Treating with Standard Large Bone Flap Craniotectomy Decompression

Objective Studying the clinical efficacy of Standard large bone flap craniotectomy decompression.Method From May 2007 to April 2009,our hospital accepted 32 patients with evere traumatic brain injury.Using Random allocation,32 patients were seperated into 2 groups.One group adopted Standard large bone flap craniotectomy decompression,and the other treated with conventional large trauma craniotomy.Result The cosmetic effect of treated group was 68.75%,and that of control group was just 31.25%.Conclusion Compared with conventional large trauma craniotomy,Standard large bone flap craniotectomy decompression has the advatage of good curative effect and low death rate.
