红凤菜黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的对菊科三七草属植物红凤菜(Gynura bicolor DC.)的黄酮类化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺、SephadexLH-20柱层析等手段分离化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素(Ⅰ)、山柰酚(Ⅱ)、槲皮苷(Ⅲ)、异槲皮苷(Ⅳ)、芦丁(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the flavonoids from Gynura bicolor DC.. METHODS Compounds were isolated from the leaves of G. bicolor DC. by different kinds of column chromotagraphy, their structure were identified with physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS These compounds were identified as: quercetin (I), kaempherol (II), quercitrin (III), isoquercitrin (IV) and rutin (V). CONCLUSION Compounds I, III and IV were obtained from this plant for the first time.
