前列腺素E1联合胰激肽原酶治疗老年糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效观察

目的观察前列腺素E1（前列地尔凯时）与胰激肽原酶（怡开）联合应用治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变（PDA）疗效。方法将120例PDA患者随机分为治疗组、对照组，治疗组应用前列腺素E1联合胰激肽原酶及灯盏细辛注射液治疗，对照组单用灯盏细辛注射液治疗。共四周，观察治疗前后症状缓解情况，检测下肢血管踝肱指数（ABI）和足背动脉血流量变化。结果治疗组治疗后下肢ABI指数和足背动脉血流量较治疗前明显改善，与对照组相比较具有统计学意义。与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P均〈001），结论前列腺素E1与胰激肽原酶联合应用具有改善糖尿病下肢血管病变的作用。二者均能有效改善PDA，两药联用效果更佳，是治疗PDA及糖尿病下肢血管病变的有效方法之一。

Combined use of alprostadil and pancreatic kinionogenase enhances the therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral arterial disease in elderly patients

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined use of alprostadil and pancreatic kinionogenase in the treatment of diabetic peripheral arterial disease （PDA） in elderly patients. Methods 120 PDA patients were randomized to the treatment group （alprostadil ＋ pancreatic kinionogenase injection） and the control group （pancreatic kinionogenase injection only） and observed for four weeks. Symptom relief, ankle brachial index （ABI） of the lower extremities and blood flow of pedal pulse before and after treatment were measured. Results ABI and blood floe of pedal pulse of the alprostadil ＋ pancreatic kinionogenase group improved significantly after treatment, and were significantly different from those of the control group （both P〈0 01）. Conclusion Combined use of alprostadil and pancreatic kinionogenase offered a better therapeutic effect and should prove to be an effective treatment for diabetic PDA.
