慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群,白细胞介素2及其受体的研究

THE STUDIES OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTE SUBPOPULATIONS, INTERLEUK1N 2 ACTIVITY LEVELS AND INTERLEUKIN 2 RECEPTORS IN PATIENTS MITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B VIRUS INFECTION

T-ccll subpopulations in 59 patients with CHB, IL-2 R+ cells activated by PHA and the activity levels of IL- 2 from PHA-activated peripheral raononuclear ceil cultures in 46 patients with CHB were studied with the method of SACl-Ig rosette, SAGI-SRBC rosette and 3H-TdR incorperation. The number of CD4-positive cells was much lower in GHB and CAH ( P< 0.05 and<0.01 vs controls), the number of CDs-positive cells was much higher in CHB, CAH and CPH ( P<0.001 ) , and the ratio of CD4 to CDs was lower than that in normal controls ( P<0.001 ) . All these changes are related to the active HBV replication. The activity level of IL-2 decreased in CHB, CAH and CPH grpups, while IL-2 R+ cells decreased in CHB and CAH groups simultaneously. The reduction of IL- 2 level was more marked in the positive HBeAg and HBV-DNA cases than in the negative ones in CAH group and IL- 2 level reduction and IL- 2 R+ cell number are positively correlated. In the recovering period of CAH, CD4, and IL 2 R+ cells increased remarkably and returned to the normal level, but the ratio of CD4//CD8 and the level of IL-2 remained subnormal.
