| 摘 要： | 目的 通过数字化影像研究正常人软腭的形态，为腭裂整复提供参考。方法 对106例正常人的软腭进行数字化头影测量，观察其在静止状态的影像特点以及发音时的动态表现。结果 软腭静止状态下数字化影像表现为梭叶形、月牙形、条带形、S形、钩形和不规则形6类，动态影像表现为膝盖形。结论 正常人软腭的静态形状呈多样性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the morphology of the soft palate in normal humans with digital radiography and to provide the references for therapy of the cleft.Methods 106 normal people were involved.The morphology of the soft palate was observed with digital cephalometry.Results All static images of soft palate could be divided into six types:Shuttle-shaped,crescent-shaped,strip-shaped,S-shaped,hamulus-shaped and anomalous shaped.The dynamic image was knee-shaped.Conclusion The morphology of the soft palate is varied. |
