61例颅脑损伤合并多发伤救治分析

目的 总结颅脑损伤合并多发伤病人的治疗情况，提高对该类患者的救治水平。方法 回顾性总结61例颅脑损伤合并多发伤病人的救治方法及预后。病人入院后立即安放生命管道，合并休克者首先抗休克治疗，尽快判断主要伤情，确定必要的辅助检查项目，优先解决危及生命的损伤，合理的综合治疗。结果 痊愈29例，轻残9例，重残8例，植物生存3例，死亡12例。结论 迅速改善缺血缺氧，纠正休克，优先解决危及生命的损伤，注意生命体征及意识瞳孔的监测，合理的综合治疗，可提高抢救成功率。

An analysis of 61 cases of patients suffered injuries at head and other parts of body.

Objective To summarize the therapic method to those patients who suffered injuries at head and other parts of body and to elevate the therapic level. Methods We observed 61 patients who suffered severious injuries of head and other parts of body. Implanted life tunnel immediately after patients be in hospital. Anti - shock therapy was most important to those patients who were shock. Judged the main injury and decided the necessary auxiliary examination. Treated the dangerous injury to life and took reasonable combination treatment. Results 29 patients became recovery,9 patients were light cruel,3 patients became plant man. 12 patients died. Conclusions It is very important to increase salvage achievement ratio that improving ischemia hypoxia immediately, rectificating shock, treating the dangerous injury to life, detecting vital sign, consciousness and the size of pupil and taking reasonable.
