NiTi,317L金属浸提液对犬食管成纤维细胞增殖功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究NiTi、317L两种合金的浸提液对培养的犬食管壁成纤维细胞增殖功能的影响。方法;采用NiTi、317L金属浸提液与原代培养食管壁成纤维细胞共培养,MTT法检测不同培养时间Fb增殖功能的变化。结果 NiTi,317L金属浸提液对Fb增殖功能具有轻度抑制作用,NiTi金属浸提液较317L浸提液作用稍强。结论:NiTi,317L金属浸提液对食管壁Fb的增殖功能无促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of NiTi and 317L alloy macerational extracts on the proliferating function of cultural fibroblasts (Fb) of canine esophagus. Methods: To culture the esophageal Fb primarily, then culture the Fb with NiTi, 317L alloy extracts. To measure the changes of proliferating function of Fb at several cultural intervals of time by MTT. Results: The NiTi, 317L alloy extracts depress the proliferating function of Fb to a little extent. NiTi extract had a little stronger effect than 317L extract. Conclusion: The releasing composition of NiTi and 317L alloy can not stimulate the proliferating function of esophageal Fb.
