涂丝型聚氯乙烯膜普鲁卡因选择电极的研制与应用

摘    要:报导一种以普鲁卡因与碘分子缔合物为电活性物的新型全固态PVC膜普鲁卡因涂丝选择电极,电极的线性响应范围为1.0×10-1~7.9×10-5mol/L,级差为51mV/pC,检测限为5.0×10-5mol/L。该电极响应迅速,重现性好,用此电极以标准曲线法对盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量进行了测定,此法简便,结果与药典法相符。

Abstract:A new coated wire polyvinyl chloride membrane- procaine selective electrode based on procaine and iodine molecular association complex is reported. The electrode showed Nernst response for pro- caine ranges between 1.0×10^-1 to 7.9×10^-5mol/L with a slope of 51mV/pC. The detection limit is 5. 0×10^-5 mol/L. The electrode has fast response and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of procaine in procaine injection by the standard curve method. The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with this of pharmacopeial method.
