| 摘 要： | 目的提高脑损伤综合征患儿家长的遵医行为，更好的实施早期家庭康复护理。方法对48名脑损伤综合征患儿父母进行心理评估，分析其心理特点并采取针对性的方法进行心理护理及疏导。结果缓解了脑损伤综合征患儿家长的心理压力，提高了家长对治疗及康复的信心，使其能积极配合医护人员对患儿进行治疗，并主动学习家庭康复方法。结论对脑损伤综合征患儿父母进行心理护理，取得家属的理解，树立家属对患儿的治疗信心，医患配合，可显著提高脑损伤儿的康复率。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote the parents of children with brain injury syndrome to abide the medical order. So they can practice home rehabilitation nursing. Methods Evaluate 48 parents of children with brain injury syndrome, and we can practice the psychological nursing and leading according to the analysis of their psychological characteristic. Results The psychological pressure of the parents has been relieved. Their confidence to the treatment and rehabilitation has been increased. The parents can cooperate the doctors and nurses actively to the treatment of their children. They will learn the measure of home rehabilition initiatively . Conclusion The psychological nursing to the parents of child with CP will gain their understanding, so we can build their confidence to the treatment. The cooperation between doctors and patients can increase the ratio of rehabilitation of CP. |
