| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对泪道探通术后的治疗效果。方法：21例患常规泪道探通术后，将MEBO注入泪道，连续临床观察。结果：21例患分别于探通后第2日、第4日、第7日、第15日复诊冲洗泪道，无1例发生粘连、再阻塞及继发感染，之后每月冲洗1次，随诊半年，泪道通畅。结论：MEBO可促使泪道阻塞部粘膜创面愈合，具有避免粘连和预防感染作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO used post probing of lacrimal passage. Method: 21 patients were subjected to probing of lacrimal passage, then MEBO was injected into the lacrimal passage. Results: The patients were reexamined on day 2, 4 7, and 15 after probing of lacrimal passage, none of the 21 cases had adhesion, obstruction and secondary infection. The patients had their lacrimal passage washed once every month for 6 months and the passage was thereafter unobstructed. Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of the wounds in lacrimal passage mucous membrane, and can prevent adhesion and infection. |
