2013年青州市男男性行为人群艾滋病知识及HIV／梅毒感染情况调查

目的了解青州市男男性行为人群艾滋病（AIDS）相关知信行情况及艾滋病病毒（HIV）和梅毒抗体检测情况，探讨科学有效的干预策略。方法2013年7～9月，采用滚雪球方法，通过网络招募，在青州市疾控中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊和男男性行为人群（MSM）活动场所对158名MSM进行问卷调查，同时检测HIV和梅毒抗体。结果调查158名MSM，平均年龄26．70岁，其中20～24岁占36．71％，25～29岁占29．75％；双性恋占49．37％，同性恋者占41．14％；AIDS相关知识知晓率为87．98％。调查158人，最近6个月与男性发生过肛交行为的有133人，15人有过商业性行为，最近6个月与之发生过性关系的男性性伴数，2个者29人，3个或以上者67人；有1名以上异性性伴的76人。调查153人，每次发生同性性行为时都使用安全套的为44人。检测151人，HIV抗体阳性2例，阳性率为1．33％；梅毒抗体阳性2例，阳性率为1．33％。结论青州市MSM人群年轻化趋势大，多性伴，AIDS知识知晓率较高，安全性行为形成率低，知信行背离现象严重。

Survey on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice about HIV/Syphilis Among MSM,Qingzhou City, 2013

Objective To understand AIDS-related KAP and antibody testing for HIV and syphilis among MSM in Qing zhou city,so as to explore scientific and effective intervention strategies. Methods During July-September,2013, using the snowball method, through the network to recruit,in Qingzhou CDC VCT clinics and MSM activities conducted on 158 questionnaires,simultaneous detection of HIV and syphilis antibodies. Results A total of 158 MSM were surveyed,the average age of 26.70 years,of which 20 to 24 years old accounted for 36.71%,25 to 29 years old accounted for 29.75% ; bisexual accounted for 49.37% ,gay accounted for 41.14% ;the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 87.98%; among 158,in the last 6 months those who had anal sex with men were 133 （accounting for 84.18%） ,15 had commercial sex,in the last 6 months those who had sexual relations with male partners number,having two in 29, with three or more in 67;those with one or more heterosexual sex partners in 76;in 153 ,those using condoms when they bad sex each time were 44 （28.76% ）. Testing 151, HIV antibody positive in 2 eases, the positive rate was 1.33 %, syphilis antibody positive in 2 cases,the positive rate was 1. 33%. Conclusion There is a younger trend among MSM in Qingzhou city,with mul- tiple sexual partners, with a high rate of AIDS knowledge and awareness, the formation of safe sex is low, with serious de- viation from the KAP.
