中西医结合治疗酒精性肝硬化伴黄疸28例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗酒精性肝硬化伴黄疸的临床疗效。方法选择52例以黄疸为主要临床表现的酒精性肝硬化患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。结果对照组显效4例,有效11例,总有效率62.5%;治疗组显效10例,有效15例,总有效率89.3%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶（GPT）、谷草转氨酶（GOT）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GT）、总胆红素（TBIL）均显著降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组GOT,γ-GT,TBIL显著降低,与对照组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗酒精性肝硬化伴黄疸疗效满意。

Observation of the curative effect of the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis with jaundice by traditional Chinese and western medicine in 28 cases

Objective To explore the efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of alco- holic cirrhosis with jaundice. Methods 52 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis with jaundice were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional jaundice therapy with western medicine, and the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on western medi- cine therapy. Results In control group, 4 patients made quick recoveries and 11 patients partly alleviated. The total effective rate was 62.5%. In treatment group, 10 patients made quick recoveries and 15 patients partly alle- viated. The total effective rate was 89.3 %. The difference of the total effective rate in both groups was highly sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of GPT, GOT, T-GT and TBIL of two groups were all descended significantly. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The level of GOT, y-GT and TBIL in treat- ment group was much lower than that of control group. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy for alcoholic cirrhosis with jaundice combining western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine has a better curative effect.
