门脉高压症患者脾切除术后免疫功能的改变

目的：观察门脉高压症患者脾切除术后免疫功能的改变，探讨门脉高压症患者术后免疫功能改变的原因。方法：用流式细胞仪对30例门脉高压症患者分别测定术前及术后一周静脉血淋巴细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋及CD56＋）的数值，并与健康体检者的淋巴细胞亚群数值做比较。结果：健康对照组与门脉高压症术前组比较CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋及CD56＋经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。门脉高压症术前组与门脉高压症术后一周组比较CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋及CD56＋经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：门脉高压症患者存在免疫功能低下状态，可能与脾功能亢进有关。

Changes of immune function in portal hypertension patients after splenectomy

Objective：To obs erve the c hanges of immune function in portal hypertension patients after splenectomy and to discuss the reasons for the changes. Methods： Lymphocyte subsets （CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD19＋,CD56＋） of peripheral blood in 30 portal hypertension patients with preoperative and postoperative a week were measured by flow cytometer . Then compared with healthy physical examination people . Result： The CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋ and CD56＋in healthy physical examination group compared with preoperative group were significant difference （P〈0.05）. The CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD19＋ and CD56＋ in preoperative group compared with postoperative a week group were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The immune function of Portal hypertension patients was disorder,which may be associated with the hypersplenism.
