血脂与冠状动脉慢血流的相关性分析

目的：本研究主要探讨血脂水平与冠状动脉慢血流（slowcoronaryflow，SCF）之间的关系。方法：入选左室射血功能正常，经冠脉造影证实，矫正的TIMI血流帧计数（corrected TIMI framecount，CTFC）〉27的CSF患者及同期经冠脉造影显示冠脉血流正常者共96例，其中CSF组48例，正常血流组48例，所有入选者入院常规化验血脂四项，分析血脂水平与冠状动脉慢血流之间关系。结果：两组入选者基线资料相当，CSF组患者胆固醇水平以及甘油三酯水平与正常血流对照组比较，差异无统计学差异；HDL—C水平明显低于正常对照组，LDL-C水平明显高于正常血流组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：HDL—C水平偏低及LDL—C偏高的患者出现冠状动脉慢血流比例增高，HDL—C及LDL—C与冠状动脉慢血流密切相关。

Study on the relationship between high density lipoprotein cholesterol to slow coronary flow

Objective： In the present study, we sought to investigate whether high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels are related in patients with isolated CSF compared to normal coronary flow. Coronary slow flow （CSF） phenomenon is defined as delayed coronary opacification in the absene of obstructive coronary artery disease. Methods＇The consecutive patients who underwent coronary angiography （CAG） were identified. Those with normal left ventricul are jection fraction and normal coronary arteries were included in the study （n=96）. TIMI frame counts were calculated, and data on comorbidities, and medication use were collected. CSF was defined as corrected TIMI frame count （CTFC） 〉27. Results：There were no significant differences in general date between two groups, subjects with CSF had high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, （1.45±0.32 vs. 1.04±0.29 mmol/L,P〈0.05）. And CSF had low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, （2.15±0.51vs. 3.21±0.73 mmol/L,P〈0.05）. Conclusions： CSF is associated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. The low level of HDL-C and LDL-C maybe one of factors of CSF patients, HDL-C and LDL-C maybe used as an indicator of CSF. Further studies are needed to investigate this hypothesis.
