809株鲍氏不动杆菌医院感染分布特征及耐药分析

摘    要:目的:探讨分析鲍氏不动杆菌感染分布情况及耐药率。方法:采用纸片扩散(K-B)法对药物进行敏感性实验,对809株鲍氏不动杆菌药物敏感性实验进行回顾分析。结果:鲍氏不动杆菌主要分布在痰液标本中,其次是咽拭子分泌物及脓液中,科室分布主要在ICU,其次为神经外科,鲍氏不动杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢他啶的耐药率较高,分别为53.02%、50%,其次是哌拉西林(40.81%)、头孢吡肟(38%)、美洛培南(34.76%)、亚胺培南(31.25%),左氧氟沙星和头孢哌酮较低,分别为24.25%、20.6%,阿米卡星的耐药率最低,为10.75%。结论:鲍氏不动杆菌对阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮较敏感,对其他抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药性,应根据药敏结果合理选用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the drug resistance of 809 clinical strains of Acientobactor banumannii to 10 kindsof antimicrobial agent s for the rational application of antimicrobial agents. Methods:Using disk: diffusion method (K2B)for drug susceptibility testing , and drug sensitivity test of 809A. baumanni i to antibiotics was analyzed ret rospectively. Results:The A. baumannii st rains mainly distributed in sputum,followed by the swabs and pus. The main departments was ICU ,followed by the Neurosurgery Department .A banumannii resistant to ceftriaxone, ceftazidine was higher, respectively53.02,50%, followed by piperacillin (40.81% ), cefepime (38%), imipenem (34.76%), meropenem (31.25%), levofloxacin and cefoperazone was lower, repectively24.25%,20.6%,the lowest resistance rate of A. baumanni i to the antimicrobial agents was to amikaccin10.75% .Conclusion :Acinetobacter baumannii is sensitive to Amikacin, levofloxacin, cefoperazone, resistance to other antibacterial drugs have different degrees of, should be selected reasonably accordin~ to the dru~ sensitivity results.
