创建“示范病房”促进癌痛药物使用规范化的探讨

目的：了解某院肿瘤化疗科创建＂癌痛规范化治疗示范病房＂（以下简称＂示范病房＂）前后癌痛药物使用情况。方法：采用回顾性方法,对创建＂示范病房＂前（2011~2012年）、后（2013年）,该科癌痛药物销售金额、数量和用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析,并根据DDDs的变化追踪使用相关药物的病例,分析其用药合理性。结果：该科癌痛药物年消耗金额及总DDDs逐年增长;口服类癌痛药物DDDs由60.9%上升至71.6%;羟考酮缓释片（40mg）的DDDs取代吗啡注射液进入前4位;按阶梯给药、按时用药、滴定规范化及爆发痛处理等方面均明显改善。结论：创建＂示范病房＂后,该科癌痛药物的使用更加规范、合理。

Create a GPM-ward to promote the normalization of analgesic drugs

Objective：To know the use of analgesic drugs before and after creating a GPM-ward in department of chemotherapy. Methods： It was maked statistical analysis on the consumption sum,number and DDDs in the period of creating a GPM-ward before and after,and analysed the rationality of analgesic drugs by retrospective method. Resuhs：The total sum of the annual consumption and DDDs of analgesic drugs increased year by year;oral analgesic drugs＇ DDDs rised from 60.9% to 71.6% ;oxycodonehydrochloride prolongedrelease tabtets＇DDDs （40mg）was into the top 4;they were improved significantly in terms of the ladder medication,use drug on time,the standardization titration and treatment of breakthrough pain. Conclusion： The use of analgesic drugs are more standardized and reasonable after creating a GPM-ward.
