| 摘 要： | 目的 提高卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的超声诊断率。方法 对经手术病理证实的43例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的声像图表现进行分析。结果 超声诊断与病理符合88．4％，误诊率11.6％。结论 超声检查在卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的诊断中应作为首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the correct rate of ultrasonography diagnosis in cystic teratoma of ovary. Methods Analyze the ultrasonographic data of 43 cases cystic teratoma of ovary that have been diagnosed by pathologist.Results The rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis accord with pathological diagnosis is 88.4%, misdiagosis rate is 11.6%.Conclusion Ultrasonographic diagnosis should become preferred method in diagnosis of cystic teratoma of ovary. |
