| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重度痔PPH手术的临床经验。方法 回顾分析2002年1月至2004年1月收治的30例重度痔的临床资料。结果 30例患者术后3-4d脱出痔完全回缩。1例患者发生术后出血，为粘膜切割或闭合不全。2例术后发生疼痛，为同时行肛门息肉切除及外痔切除，术后肛门水肿，治疗后水肿消失好转。手术时间约20min。住院时间平均3d。结论 PPH手术具有安全、效果好、手术时间短、恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the mucosal circumcision of superior hemorrhoid with anastomat of prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods From January 2002 to January 2004, prolapsed hemorrhoids in 30 patients underwent the mucosal circumcision of superior hemorrhoid with anastomat. Results 27 patients were fully satisfied with results. One patient experienced bleeding after operation, caused by in sufficient anastomosis. Two patients underwent simultaneous rectal polypectomy along with PPH hence required analgesic treatment. The average operation time was range 20 minutes. The mean hospitalization was range 3 days. Conclusions PPH is a safe, effective, shortening operative time and hospitalization time. |
