23例肾动脉支架植入治疗肾血管性高血压疗效探讨

目的探讨肾动脉内支架置入术（percutaneous transluminal renal artery stenting PTRAS）治疗肾血管性高血压的疗效。方法对23例肾动脉狭窄（renal artery stenosis,RAS）患者进行了肾动脉支架置入术,并观察手术对患者血压的影响。结果 23例患者均成功置入肾动脉支架。患者收缩压由术前的180.2±42.3mmHg降至术后的136.5±23.3mmHg（术后第二天血压）（P〈0105）,舒张压由术前的115.2±32.1mmHg降至术后的85.21±34.3mmHg（术后第二天血压）（P〈0.05）,服用降压药物种类由术前的2.8±0.3种减少为术后的1.3±0.2种（P〈0105）。结论 PTRAS可有效降低肾血管性高血压患者血压。

Effectiveness of stent Placement in Patients with Hypertension Caused by Renal Artery Stenosis

Objective To study the effectiveness of stent placement in patients with hypertension caused by renal artery stenosis. Methods Twenty-three patients with poorly controlled hypertension for severe renal artery stenosis were treated by stents. Their blood pressure were measured at baseline and during follow-up. Results Stents placement were performed on 23 patients successfully. After the procedure,the mean systolic blood pressure of the patients was reduced from 180.2±42.3 mmHg to 136.5±23.3mmHg（the second day of the procedureP〈0.05） . The mean diastolic blood pressure of the patients was reduced from 115.2±32.1mmHg to 85.21±34.3mmHg（the second day of the procedure）（P〈0.05） . The number of hypertensive drugs sorts was reduced from 2.8±0.3 to 1.3±0.2（P〈0.05） . Conclusions Renal artery stenting for renal artery stenosis has a benefi cial effect on blood pressure control.
