连枷样三尖瓣—临床,超声心动图及手术所见

本文10例连枷样三尖瓣病例,俱由超声心动图发现。其中5例作了手术。手术见三尖瓣解剖结构病损与超声表现一致。最常见病因为感染性心内膜炎,次为先天性心内膜垫缺损,再次为肺心病。临床表现主要为原发病症状及三尖瓣返流征,均无特异性。超声心动图可方便而准确地显示三尖瓣连枷样运动并返流声象,从而为临床提供了诊断依据。

Flail Tricuspid Valves:Observation of Clinical Operative and Echocardiographic Findings

Ten cases of flail tricuspid valves were all detected by echocardiogra- phy,and later 5 of them were operated on.During the operations we found that the changes of anatomic structure of tricuspid valves in the patients were consistent with echocardiographic findings.Infective endocarditis was the most common cause.The others were congenital endocardial cushion de- fect and cor-pulmonale.The primary symptom and sign of tricuspid regur- gitation were the main clinical manifestation,but they were non-specific. So we suggested that by means of echocardiographic image to find the flail movement of tricuspid valves and tricuspid regurgitation be more convenient and precise for clinical diagnosis.
