成人原发性肾炎肾组织乙肝病毒抗原沉积的研究

探讨乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）感染与成人原发性肾小球肾炎（肾炎）发病的联系。方法：用间接免疫荧光法检测１６９例成人原发性肾炎患者肾活检冰冻切片组织ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｃＡｇ的沉积情况。按血清ＨＢＶ感染标志物检测分血清阳性和阴性两组进行分析。结果：肾组织ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｃＡｇ的阳性率分别为１４．２％和１０．９％。ＨＢＶ抗原（ＨＢＡｇ）总阳性率为１５．４％（２６／１６９）。其中系膜毛细血管肾炎、膜性肾病和系统

The deposition of Hepatitis B virus antigens in kidney tissues of primary glomerulonephritis in adults

Objective:To clarify the relationships of hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and primary glomerulonephritis (PGN) in adults.Methods:The deposition of HBV antigens (HBAg) were studied in 169 cases with primary glomerulonephritis in adults of serial renal biopsies on frozen sections by indirect immunofluorescence techniques.Results:Of 169 cases with PGN the frequencies of HBsAg and HBcAg detected on glomeruli were 14.2% and 10.9% respectively with the total HBAg positive freguency of 15.4%.Among these cases the high positive rate wao found in Mesangiocalpillary glomerulonephritis(MCGN,100%),membranous nephropathy(MN,58.8%) and Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN,37.5%).The detection of HBV infection markers in serum were simulatanously performed in the patients with PGN,and 35.5% wao positive.Positive freguency of HBAg on glomeruli was found in 38.3% of the cases.It was significantly different from that of the serum negative group(3.7%).By analysis of pathological typing, positive freguency of HBAg on glomeruli wao found in 83.3% of the serum positive group of MN. It was also significantly different from that of the serum negative group of MN (20%).Conclusion:HBV antigenemia was related to the deposition of HBAg in kidney tissues of PGN and primary MN in adults. HBV infection may have played a pathogenetic role in a proportion of PGN and primary MN in adults.
