| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药师在医院药学服务中的非语言沟通技巧。方法运用行为科学和管理心理学的理论、思维。结果常用的非语言沟通技巧包括面部表情、身体语言、形象化手段、个人形象、倾听等。结论非语言沟通技巧能够增加药师和患者之间的有效沟通,提高医院药学服务水平。
