| 摘 要： | 前交叉韧带（anterior cruciate ligament，ACL）胫骨止点撕脱骨折，是骨科临床工作中比较常见的一种疾病，也是常见的膝关节损伤之一，多由急速减速损伤机制致膝关节猛烈过伸所致。该损伤常合并半月板及关节软骨等关节内其他结构的损伤。无明显移位的骨折可保守治疗，
