| 摘 要： | 目的：研究RVG（RadioVisioGraphy）数字成像系统测量根管工作长度的准确性,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法：收集离体牙150颗,其中前牙40颗、前磨牙60颗、磨牙50颗,采用改良双敞技术根管预备后,插入根管锉,保持根管锉尖与根尖孔齐平。模拟x线平行投照技术拍摄RVG数字图像,利用配套的测量软件进行校正处理后测量根管工作长度。再用电子游标卡尺测得根管锉插入根管的实际长度;两种方法测量结果使用SPSS17．0软件进行统计分析。结果：前牙、前磨牙RVG数字系统测量值十分接近真实值（P〉0．05）：磨牙RVG数字系统测量值较真实值大@〈0．05）,但两者一致性较好（rc〉0．85）。结论：RVG数字成像系统对临床测量根管工作长度有～定指导意义。
