小儿脑性瘫痪早期诊断中CT的作用

目的　探讨小儿脑性瘫痪 (脑瘫 )早期诊断中CT的作用。方法　对 94例小儿脑瘫头颅CT进行回顾性分析。结果　 94例中 67例头颅CT阳性 ,CT异常率 71.2 8% ,其中脑萎缩最常见 (3 2 .98% )。临床类型中痉挛型最多见 (5 7.45 % )。不同年龄组中 ,年龄越小 ,CT异常率越高。结论　CT检查有助于早期发现病变 ,帮助寻找病因及定位 ,还可为判断本病的预后提供依据 ,在脑瘫的早期诊断中具有重要作用。

CT in early diagnosing pediatric cerebral palsy

Objective To investigate the role of CT in early diagnosing the pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods The skull CT for 94 patients with pediatric cerebral palsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 94 patients, the skull CT in 67 of them were positive, the abnormal rate of CT was 71.28%, and the most common one was encephalatrophy (32.98%). In clinical type, the most common one was the spasm type (57.45%). In different age groups, the smaller the age was, the higher the CT abnormal rate was. Conclusions CT examination could help to early find out the disease lesion, to look for the disease reasons and to locate the position of the disease. So CT played an important role in early diagnosing pediatric cerebral palsy and provided important basic information for judging the prognosis of this disease.
