| 摘 要： | 目的：评价系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者心脏受累情况。方法：应用超声心动图（ＵＣＧ）测定２４例ＳＬＥ患者左室收缩、舒张功能，并与正常人比较。结果：活动性ＳＬＥ主要表现为Ｅ峰最大流速（ＰＦＶＥ）、Ａ峰最大流速（ＰＦＶＡ）、Ａ／Ｅ、心输出量（ＣＯ）、心脏指数（ＣＩ）、射血前期／左室射血期（Ｐ／Ｌ）发生改变。结论：无论是活动性还是非活动性ＳＬＥ患者，左室收缩、舒张功能均降低，以活动性ＳＬＥ降低更显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:The pupose of this study was to evaluate cardiac involvement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method:The left ventricular function was measured in 24 SLE patients and compared with that in normal people.Result:Active SLE patients showed the changes in peak E flow velocity (PFVE),peak A flow velocity (PFVA),A/E,cardiac output (CO) cardiac index (CI) and the ratio of preejection period to left ventricular ejection time (P/L).Conclusion:Both left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions were reduced in patients with either type of SLE,especially in active disease. |
