乌鲁木齐地区健康儿童、青少年心电向量图分析

本文采用微机分析测量心电向量图方法,对乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族、汉族5～18岁1147名健康儿童、青少年进行了心电向量图的分析研究,发现年龄、性别们民族三个因素均对儿童青少年心电向量图有较明显的影响,在青少年儿童期间,心电向量图参数波动范围较大。维吾尔族、汉族青少年儿童心电向量图存在着一定的差异。通过调查,建立了较完整的维吾尔族、汉族儿童青少年心电向量图正常值,为普及发展临床心电向量图使用电子计算机自动分析、诊断提供有关数据。

The Characteristics of the Normal Vectorcardiograms in Uygur and Han Children and Adolescents Analyzed by Computer

Frank vectorcardiograms were collected on magnetic tape for 1147 normal children and adolescents (including Uygurs and Hans), aged 5-18 years old, stratified according to age, sex and race. 200 parameters were measured and analyzed by IBM computer. As children mature, the spatical QRS loop shifts leftward and posteriorly, and the spatieal T loop shifts anteriorly. But at a different rate in males and in females. Many amplitude parameters show a reverse trend during puberty. Sex-related differences are observed after S years old, but marked after 10-15 years old. The amplitude of QRS and T loop are greater and QRS loop shifts more posteriorly and T loop more anteriorly in males than in females. The amptitudes of QRS and T loops are greater in Uygur females than in Han femalsin 10-14 years old. These parameters are smaller in Uygurs than in Hans in 5-9 years old. Some of the differences effect on diagnostic criteria in some diseases. So an adjustment of the normal limits of the frank vectorcardiogram in children according to age, sex and race might increase the validity of the criteria of normality, and consequently improve the detection of pathological case.
