| 摘 要： | 了解全椎板切除，半椎板切除和椎板间开窗三种术式治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。总结不同术式治疗的164例椎间盘突出症的疗效。三种术式的优良率分别为96．1％，95．7％和80％。椎间盘突出症的疗效好坏与适应证的选择有密切的关系，以腰椎退行性变的自然发展史为基础选择手术方式治疗椎间盘突出症可取得良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and compare the results of three different surgical approaches for treatment of intervertebral disc herniation.Methods To evaluate the results of 164 cases of intervertebral disc herniation with different surgical approaches.Results Excellent rate was 96.1%,95.7% and 80% in the three groops respectively.Conclusion Operative effect has close relation to the choice of indications,execllent results could be obtained when right surgical approach was selected according to natural developing process of lumber degeneration. |
