国际旅行者传染病监测与基因诊断

伴随世界贸易与海外旅行的迅速发展，国家之间、地区之间传染病的传播不断加速。为了有效防止传染病传播、掌握基因检测诊断技术，作为竾川医学研究者制度第10期特别研修生，我在日本国立感染症研究所(NIID)针对日本传染病监测体系和HIV感染的基因检测研修一年(2001．04～2002．03)。采用硫氰酸胍法提取HIV-RNA，用高纯度：PCR模板制备试剂盒提取HBV—DNA并获得了满意的实验结果。事实上只要有相应的引物(primer)，就可对所有的病毒和细菌等病原体感染进行检测诊断。基因诊断在传染监测和研究中具有很多长处和重要作用，应该利用这一先进技术服务并发展我们的检验检疫和卫生保健事业。

Surveillance of infectious disease for international traveler and gene diagnosis

While the rapid development If world trade and oversea traveling, the spreading of infectious diseases between country and country , global area and area are quickly increasing. In order to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases effectively and to improve my ability in HIV laboratory diagnosis with PCR and Sequencing technique,I studied on Japanese sureillance systems of infectious diseases and HIV PCF,DNA Sequencing in NIID (National Institute of Infectious Diseases) April 2001 through March 2002. Extract HIV -RNA with Guanidine thiocyanate, HBV - DNA with High Pure PCR Template Preparation Kit and obtain a satisfactory result. In fact,we can do laboratory exam and diagnosis to all virus, bacteria and other causative agent with appropriate primer. Genetic diagnosis has lots of advantage in surveillance and research of infectious diseases, we should use it to serve and develop our inspection,quarantine and healthcare cause.
