| 摘 要： | 目的探讨蜂蜇伤后分级治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院近3年收治蜂蜇伤患者的职业，发病后初诊、转诊经过，对收治的蜂蜇伤患者进行分级治疗后观察其预后。结果蜂蜇伤患者病情轻重和其诊治时效与预后明显相关，分级治疗可以改善其转归。结论建立分级治疗机制可以改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the grading therapeutic method after bee stings. Methods Retrospec- tive analysis is conducted to study on the professions, the first consultation, referral of the bee sting patients, with the grading treatment applied for the follow-up study. Results The severity of the bee stings patients and the diag-nostic effects are significantly related with the prognosis. The grading treatment can improve the prognosis of the bee stings patients. Conclusion Grading treatment mechanism can improve the prognosis of the bee stings patients. |
