硅油填充对中央角膜厚度的影响

目的:观察硅油填充对中央角膜厚度的影响。方法:根据不同的病变,对37例40眼玻璃体视网膜疾病的患者进行分组,分别行单纯玻璃体切除术,玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术及玻璃体与晶状体切除联合硅油填充术。用A型超声仪分别测量术前1d和术后1wk;1,3及6mo的角膜中央厚度,比较手术前后角膜中央厚度的变化。结果:三组术后1wk角膜中央厚度均较术前明显增加,其差异在统计学上有意义,考虑系术后短期炎症反应所致;行单纯玻璃体切除术及玻璃体切除硅油填充术手术后1～6mo各期角膜中央厚度与术前相比无显著增加,其差异在统计学上无意义;玻璃体切除联合晶体切除及硅油填充术后1～3mo各期角膜中央厚度与术前相比其差异在统计学上无意义;术后6mo其角膜中央厚度与术前相比显著增加,其差异在统计学上有意义。结论:眼压控制良好的情况下,保留晶状体行玻璃体切除硅油填充术对角膜中央厚度无显著影响而切除晶状体后行玻璃体切除硅油填充术6mo时角膜中央厚度却显著增加。

Change of central corneal thickness in silicone oil tamponade eyes after different retinal surgeries
