58例上颌窦癌的临床疗效分析

目的　探讨上颌窦癌的诊断和治疗方法。方法　对 5 8例上颌窦癌患者在不同治疗情况下 ,包括手术、放疗、化疗 ,单纯或综合治疗下的生存情况进行回顾性分析。结果　单纯放疗或手术的 3年生存率均为 3 3 3 3 % ,5年生存率均为 16 67% ;综合治疗的 3年及 5年生存率分别为 75 %及 5 5 %。结论　早期诊断是提高上颌窦癌病人生存率的关键 ,以手术为主的综合治疗是最好的治疗方案

Clinical Analysis of Curative Effect of 58 Cases with Maxillary Sinus Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment methods of maxillary sinus carcinoma. Methods To analyse the survival rates, as well as the reason of failure in treating 58 cases with maxillary sinus carcinoma, the treatment methods included radiotherapy, arterial chemotherapy and surgery, alone or combined.Result survival rates of 3 and 5 years were 33.33% and 16.67% in alone radiotherapy or surgery, and in combined therapy as 75% and 55%. Conclusion Early diagnosis was the key to raise the survival rate of maxillary sinus carcinoma, it was the best treatment methods by surgery with combined therapy.
