应用三种不同手术方法治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效分析

目的:比较分析应用三种不同手术方法治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:对37例锁骨远端骨折患者分别采用锁骨钩钢板固定;切开复位并用ETH IBOND 5#线穿过喙突固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带;切开复位后在喙突上置入2枚缝合锚(su ture anchor),锚尾端的缝线固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带三种不同手术方法进行治疗。结果:三种手术方法术后平均随访3.5年,对患者肩关节进行评分,锁骨钩钢板固定患者平均评分为85分;ETH IBOND线固定患者平均评分为93分;缝合锚固定患者平均评分为95分。结论:三种不同手术方法治疗锁骨远端骨折比较,后两种方法治疗患者肩关节功能恢复比锁骨钩钢板固定效果好,而第三种手术方法更安全,操作更为简单。

Comparative study of three different surgical treatments on distal clavicle fracture

Objective:To compare and analyze the curative effect of three different surgical treatment on distal clavicle fracture.Methods:37 patients with distal clavicle fracture were treated with three different methods,1) fixation by AO plate(20 cases),and 2) reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using Ethibond 5# suture(8 cases),3) reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using suture anchor(9cases a).Results:With 3.5 years of average follow up time,score the function of the shoulder of these patients,fixation by AO plate(85 points),reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using Ethibond 5# suture(93 points),reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using suture anchor(95 points).Conclusions:Through the two treatments of reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament,the curative effect are better than fixation,and the using of suture anchor is simplest and safest.
